Property Fund (ANBI Endorsed)

A property foundation with a total equity of several tens of millions of Euro makes donations to funds for the conservation of monuments, nature conservation, public health, cultural organizations and social work.

TCS Charity provides secretarial and financial services to the foundation. Approximately 1200 applications are dealt with yearly. This work is done by one staff member putting in twenty hours a week. Outsourcing this task to TCS Charity instead of having one’s own office yields a considerable reduction in costs to the foundation. All administrative duties including payments and financial reporting are taken care of by TCS Charity.

Smaller ANBI Endorsed Foundations

TCS Charity provides offices in Maarsbergen to a small foundation which aims to help young musicians acquire their own high quality musical instrument. TCS Charity draws up the contract with the musician, deals with all correspondence and  provides comprehensive secretarial and financial services.

TCS Charity also provides secretarial and financial services to several smaller funds. Also in these cases TCS Charity finalizes applications made to these funds and organizes board meetings which are often held at their Maarsbergen premises.
