Birgitte van den Broek (1962) studied accounting in The Hague and Economics at Amsterdam University and worked as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers for four years. She has been with TeslinCS since its foundation in 1991 as of 2000 she was in charge of the accounting and secretarial services of TeslinCS. Since 1 January 2008 she is co-director of the TCS-group together with Max Schimmelpenninck.
Max Schimmelpenninck (1953) studied law and graduated in business administration. Max has worked for 20 years for various banks both in the Netherlands and abroad, in commercial as well as investment banking. In 2002 Max founded Schimmelpenninck Trust & Management B.V. which merged with TeslinCS at the start of 2008. He is co-director of the TCS-group together with Birgitte van den Broek.
